Whats the honaker team looking like this year?

Its really hard to tell. 2-a-days haven't started yet, we should have about 50 or so out this year. We gotta find a QB, kicker, rebuild our wide receiver corps, and find a good running back. Lost some good linemen last year too, so defense will be a big cause for concern. I'd say the Richlands and Lebanon games should really tell how Honaker will fare this season.

QB will be Andrew Bostic, he is as good a runner as Tyler was but lacks his armstrength just yet. WR's will be Chad Burks, Tyler Patrick, and the third is a toss up yet. RB is the big question. Word is Cody Isreal may have his Asthma under control and will be back this year. That would be a big boost to the team. If he still has problems it will be Matt Hayes or maybe even Tyler Patrick back there. Ross Sutherland wll be a force at full back or on the line with Zack Dye and Bryan Johnson. The defense will be strong with linebackers, Justin Honaker, Matt Hayes, Cody Isreal and Justin Newberry. Honaker will be down a little this year but they won't be a pushover for anyone. Look for them to compete in the district and even give Haysi a tough time. They should really be strong next year as they bring back lots of starters.
